Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. I am a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience specializing in helping clients make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives. While I have worked with people across a wide range of conditions and treatment goals, I have specific expertise in - and passion for - working with adults who feel overwhelmed by the pressure to "do it all" and are looking to make a change.


I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a very active, supportive, and goal-oriented process and I bring warmth, curiosity, humor, and a non-judgmental attitude into every session. You’re not a diagnosis to me—you’re a unique, multi-faceted person with a story, strengths, and values that matter deeply.


I know what it’s like to try to balance competing roles—whether that’s being a professional, parent, caregiver, or student—and to feel like you’re falling short everywhere. Together, we’ll work toward creating a life that feels more balanced and aligned with your values, goals, and what truly matters most to you.

My ultimate goal is to not only help you find relief in the short-term, but to equip you with tools to continue thriving long after therapy ends.

That’s why I offer secure Telehealth sessions, providing you with the flexibility to get the support you need without needing to add travel time into your busy day.


While I am based in Durham, NC, I am authorized to provide virtual therapy in all 40+ PSYPACT® states. Whether you’re at home, in the office, or traveling out of state, Telehealth ensures that your care remains accessible and uninterrupted.
