With over a decade of experience treating depression, I provide teletherapy in over 40 states to guide you toward relief, renewed energy, and a path back to the life you want.

Are You Experiencing Symptoms of Depression?

Depression doesn’t always look the way you expect. It can show up as:

  • Persistent sadness or a sense of hopelessness
  • Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
  • Loss of interest in things you once enjoyed
  • Feeling physically or emotionally drained, no matter how much rest you get
  • Struggling to meet expectations or keep up with responsibilities
  • Physical symptoms like aches, fatigue, or changes in appetite and sleep patterns
  • Feeling like you’re “failing” despite your accomplishments

For many, depression can also come with an added layer of self-criticism. You might feel like you should be able to “push through” or fix things on your own. But depression isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a signal that your mind and body need care, and therapy can help.

My Approach to Therapy for Depression: Effective, Collaborative, and Personalized to You

Within a collaborative and goal-oriented environment, I integrate components of evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation (BA), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness and compassion-based therapies, all tailored to meet your individual goals and values. Together, we’ll work on:

  • Building Awareness: Understanding how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interplay to impact your depressive symptoms
  • Flipping the Script on Old Patterns: Changing your relationship to negative self-talk and building self-compassion
  • Aligning with Your Values: Reconnecting with the values, goals, and relationships that matter most to you
  • Building New Habits: Creating sustainable habits to support your emotional and physical well-being
  • Achieving and Maintaining Balance: Finding a balance between ambition and self-care

Depression can make it hard to imagine things getting better, but time and time again, I have witnessed how small steps can lead to meaningful change. Therapy is one of those steps, and it’s a powerful way to regain a sense of hope and purpose.
