I specialize in helping professionals overcome burnout and rediscover balance. Through teletherapy available in over 40 states, we’ll work together to realign your life with what truly matters.

Are You Experiencing Burnout?

Burnout can sneak up on you, often starting as manageable stress before snowballing into something bigger. Common signs include:

  • Constant exhaustion, no matter how much sleep you get
  • Feeling detached or cynical about work or responsibilities
  • Struggling to focus or stay motivated
  • Increased irritability or frustration
  • Loss of interest in activities you once enjoyed
  • Physical symptoms like headaches, muscle tension, or frequent illness

Burnout doesn’t just impact your work or productivity—it can affect your relationships, health, and overall sense of self. It’s a signal that something needs to change, and therapy is a great place to start.

My Approach to Therapy for Burnout: Evidence-Based, Supportive, and Unique to Your Needs

Burnout often happens when you’ve been operating in survival mode for too long. Therapy provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to unpack what’s going on and develop a roadmap for recovery. My approach to therapy for burnout integrates components of evidence-based strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion to address the root causes of your burnout. Together, we’ll work on:

  • Building Awareness: Recognizing the patterns and habits that contribute to burnout
  • Boundary-Setting: Setting boundaries to protect your time and energy
  • Getting Back in Touch with What Matters Most: Reconnecting with your values and what brings you joy
  • Effective Coping: Building coping skills to manage stress effectively
  • Building a Stronger Sense of Purpose, Meaning, and Identity: Reclaiming your sense of purpose and identity beyond your work or other roles

You don’t have to keep pushing through or settling for “just getting by.” Working with a burnout specialist can help you find relief and create space for the things that truly matter to you.
